This is a work in progress. It will be complete with a kitchen for Abby, a princess loft for Hannah, and a pirate jail for Evan. It will have a climbing rope up the side, and a zip line for quick escapes. ....More photos as it progresses. (which will be slow in light of recent events)
Never a dull moment (or a dull blade) at the Von house. Rumor has it that his entire thumb was cut off, but in reality, it was just ALMOST cut off. Thanks to a plastic surgeon and 3 hours of emergency surgery, his thumb is alive and well. He'll have a cast for about 5 weeks followed by some intense physical therapy. Could have been worse! (You will not be hearing this at our house for about 8 weeks......"1, 2, 3, 4, I declare a thumb war!)

Well frick old bud. There ain't no shame in having to go to the hospital. Just pound down a Mountain Dew, play some Van Halen, Rev up your motorbike (since you won't be riding it anytime soon), and hire a trained carpenter to finish the play house.
The playhouse looks great! I want Tom to do something like... Yikes for the injury- Yay for recovery! My mom's did NOT get saved...(I blame the doc) Get better soon!!!
